Tender Description

The Department (Home Affairs) including portfolio agencies and other Commonwealth agencies requires:

the supply, ongoing technical support, servicing and repairs on an as-needed basis of security pass printers and printer equipment (card flipper, lamination and encoder components);
the supply (as required) of security pass consumables, i.e. zingers (retractable badge reel with card holder strap or similar), plastic protective sleeve, access cards, government crest lanyards, agency crest lanyards, visitor lanyards, overlays, blank non coded plastic blank cards; and
the supply of security printer consumables, i.e. lamination cartridge, printer ribbons, printer films, cleaning kits).

Other Instructions:

Tenderers must indicate what States/Territories and categories of services they are tendering for.

Conditions for Participation:

The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time; andfor any Subcontractor that the Potential Supplier proposes to engage to deliver Goods or Services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive), a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that Subcontractor.

In any case, the Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration unless the Supplier has provided all required Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time and before the award of any contract, whichever is earlier, refer https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Bus/Statement-of-tax-record/ for more information.
