Auckland Airport wishes to engage a vendor, or vendors, to provide a modern solution for Airport Emergency Services Turnout System and this This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to identify companies that have the capability and willingness to participate in a detailed sourcing process (e.g. Request for Proposal).

The Airport Fire & Emergency Services team (AES) is responsible for managing emergency incidents at Auckland Airport and relies on an emergency turnout system named TARDIS (Technical Alarm Response Data Information System).

In the event of an emergency, TARDIS alerts the AES team and helps coordinate the response to incidents on the airfield, within the terminals or anywhere else on the airport campus by way of alert tones, PA announcements in the AES station and the relay of communications between the control towers, the Incident Control Room (ICR) and AES.
