Babcock NZ Ltd (Babcock) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced recruitment agencies to support the contingent workforce across all business units.
Babcock NZ currently employs 300+ people across trades, engineering, delivery and support roles. The current workload is expected to further increase and Babcock will therefore experience a growing need of a temporary workforce in order to meet peak demand for project related work.
The attached Questionnaire (Appendix A) outlines the positions for which temporary staffing may be required.
Babcock currently spends in the region of $3 million, this covers blue and white collar categories. There are a number of recruitment agencies providing these services across the business. There is an opportunity for Babcock to consolidate spend and to ensure better utilisation of specialist agencies.
One or more contracts may be awarded for these services, based on a successful award made under this RFP exercise.
