Tender Description
Tenders closing 2pm Monday 7th December 2020 with the undersigned are hereby invited for construction of siteworks for the Pinaroo Independent Living Units project.
The project consists of provision of five duplex accommodation units, including three new buildings, on a new site located east of Whip Street between the main Pinaroo Retirement Village complex and the Railway Dam.
The siteworks contract includes construction of earthworks, paving, concrete roadways, stormwater drainage, water supply & sewerage and miscellaneous works. Earthworks volume is approx. 3000m3 over 11000m2; roadworks and footpaths include approx. 600m3 gravel paving and 2300m3 concrete; and stormwater drainage, water supply & sewerage include approx. 200m pipework each.

Tenders will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Pinaroo Roma Inc. reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.
It is expected the contract will be awarded in the first week of December. Contract period will be fifteen (15) weeks unless otherwise agreed at tender stage. Offers shall state proposed contract period if different to the above.
