Yaran Property Group is seeking expressions of interest from small to medium sized builders who have experience in retrofitting existing apartments which includes changing the placement of load bearing walls and rebuilding entire kitchens / bathrooms. Must be able to meet disability design standards and ensure dwelling compliance.
