ACECQA seeks to engage an appropriately qualified consultant to undertake research and consultation and to develop a strategic plan and investment roadmap for the NQA ITS.

It will be the role of the successful tenderer to undertake work required to develop a strategic plan and investment roadmap. The plan and roadmap will have a line of sight of at least five years.
