In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of its intention to dispose of Part of Lot 501 Pollard Street Boddington, the site of the Pavilion, by way of lease. Details of the proposed lease are as
follows:

Lessee: Natalie Griffiths t/as NATG PT
Term: 1 year with an option for 2 more terms of 1 year each.
Consideration: $6,600 per annum.
Market Value: $6,500 per annum, valuation obtained 24 September 2020.
