Tender Description
Form Landscape Architects invites tenderers from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and construction of landscape works associated with the proposed park located at The Heights Stage 10B, Pimpama.
Works comprise of hard and soft landscaping including play equipment, structures, amenities block and dog off leash area including maintenance of works for up to 24 months.
All works must be carried out in accordance with all relevant AS, Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and be in accordance with CoGC Land Development Guidelines, stamped approved plans and relevant conditions of approval.
