Tender Description
MTIA requires a Digital Asset Management System to provide a centralised MTIA brand portal housing asset (rich medias such as videos, imagery, templates, maps, logos) with approvals and access workflow management.
This procurement is expected to achieve the following outcomes, to:
a) simplify the organising, reviewing and sharing of digital media contents between MTIA project teams (a single source of truth);
b) securely backing-up/archiving of digital media assets and contents;
c) improving the delivery of rich media assets using an intuitive searchable library;
d) implementing a user friendly and flexible self-service portal (saving studio time and providing quicker access);
e) increase the value of MTIA brand equity with an online style guide with templates/brand assets; and
f) streamline the approving, publishing and sharing of digital media assets with automated workflow management
