Tender Description

The proposed works are located within the new residential communities of Mahala (550 lots) and Kara ( 327 lots) both located in Perths fast-growing south eastern corridor.

Landscape and irrigation Works for each project shall include construction of public open space and streetscapes works. Works will include retaining walls, structures and shelters, playground, entry signage, furniture and typical softworks and irrigation works.
