The Public Sector Commission (the Commission) has a requirement for a web-based data collection and survey platform to provide:

• Effective mechanisms for supporting the data collection requirements for the Western Australia Public Sector Census Pilot.  The mechanisms will enable the Commission to define, distribute, collect, report and analyse key dimensions, feedback and responses; and 
• Functional support to meet current and emerging data collection and insights needs of the Commission.

 An off the shelf hosted solution with minimal customisations provided as ‘software as a service’ is preferred.
