Tender Description

Modscape is seeking subcontractors for the construction of new modular kindergartens on three separate existing school sites. Modscape is regarded as one the country's top experts in it's field. Subcontractor pricing to be provided for each separate kindergarten and as a whole package

  • Ardeer Primary School
  • Southern Cross Primary School
  • Lucknow Primary School

Seeking trade packages to be submitted by Friday 11th of December for the below

  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Hydraulic
  • Civil
  • Landscaping
  • Security
