The City of Ryde has an area of 40.651 square kms and lies in the central northern part of the Sydney Metropolitan area, approximately 12kms from the centre of Sydney. The City occupies, most of the divide between the Parramatta and Lane Cover rivers, and has 16 suburbs within its boundaries.

ABOUT THE TENDER: The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the lease of Tennis Court Facilities located at the following locations:

• Olympic Park, Weaver Street Ryde
• Kotara Park, Abuklea Road, Marsfield
• Meadowbank Park, Constitution Road Meadowbank

The operator of the tennis facility will have the responsibility for the repairs and maintenance of the courts, shelters, buildings and infrastructure whilst managing the coaching rights and casual bookings.
Council are encouraging respondents to be innovative in their approach to programming the facilities and investigate the possibility of multi-sport options. These can include but are not limited to futsal, pickleball, hotshots, volleyball, netball, goal ball, inclusive sports, etc.
