Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organisations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best represents the direction Galangoor wishes to go.
Timeline
All proposals in response to this RFT are due no later than 5.00pm Friday 18th December 2020.
Evaluation of proposals will be conducted on Tuesday 22nd December 2020.
If additional information or discussions are needed with any bidders during this evaluation period window, the bidder(s) will be notified.
The selection decision for the winning bidder will be made no later than Wednesday 23rd December 2020.
Upon notification, the contract negotiation with the winning bidder will begin Sunday 3rd January 2021. Contract negotiations will be completed by Thursday 24th December 2020.
Notifications to bidders who were not selected will be completed by Friday 24th December 2020.
