CSC is building towards a Connected Service Culture aimed to transform all aspects of our customer operations including our people, our processes, our technology and our data. One part of this program of work involves implementing a Customer Engagement Platform, with a range of components including an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite. CSC is currently intending to approach the market for capabilities of this nature in late December 2020.
