This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to service providers to submit a proposal response for the Reimagine Future State Design.
As the name suggests, the Reimagine Future State Design is future-focused (3-year horizon) and seeks to redesign Beyond Blue’s product and service offerings to align with the Beyond 2020 Strategy and community requirements. We will work with the community, our partners, service providers and stakeholders to further understand their needs. The foundation of this future state design is the Big Blue Door, a digitally enabled services and products platform, as discussed above. The task at hand is to create the blueprint for our target future state experience and suite of services enabled by the BBD.
Our intention is that this platform will ensure that when people come to Beyond Blue, they get the right support and advice at the right time, we stay connected with them, and we build a lasting relationship that will help them manage their mental health.
