Tender Description
The Emerald Tourist Railway Board (ETRB) is releasing a Request for Tender in December 2020 for the construction of the carpark, bus parking, landscaping and pedestrian access at the Puffing Billy Lakeside Visitor Centre (LVC) located at Emerald Lake Park. This is the second stage of the works for the LVC to provide enhanced visitor facilities for the Railway.
The project is for Works-only construction of 120 space (approx.) carpark, 3 space bus parking, DDA spaces, pavement, pedestrian access and landscaping.
This Scope includes removal of approximately 80 trees as a separable portion. ETRB requires that a separate pricing schedule be lodged for this part of the scope of works.
