Tender Description
NSW Ombudsman operates as an independant and impartial watchdog, ensuring NSW agencies adequately fulfil their mandate and effectively deliver services to the community of NSW. Following the NSW Ombudsman restructure, it was identified that the current Case Management System (CMS) was not able to meet the organisations business needs, nor would it scale or support the future strategy. As such, a gap analysis was conducted to identify what would be required to support the business and build analytics capability.
The outcome of this assessment has triggered a request to better understand current products and vendors in the market when considering an implementation of the new CMS for the NSW Ombudsman that will improve the experience for end users.
