Tender Description
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Roads, Carparks and Stormwater Upgrades at the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE (SuniTAFE), Mildura Campus.
The SuniTAFE is located in regional Victoria, the main campuses are at Mildura, Swan Hill, Horsham and Robinvale. This project will involve civil construction works at the Mildura campus.
Funding for this project is through the Victorian State Government’s $2.7 billion Building Works Package, the $55 million TAFE Asset Maintenance Program and the project will be governed by the Common Funding Agreement signed between SuniTAFE and the Department of Education.
The project includes predominately civil works including carpark construction, upgraded stormwater infrastructure, reseals of existing roads and new footpaths. New carpark lighting is also proposed.
