Tender Description
Colac Otway Disability Accommodation Inc. invites appropriately licenced and experienced builders to tender for the design and construction of a Specialist Disability Accommodation residence consisting of 5 bedrooms and staff sleepover (6 bedrooms total) in Colac.
The dwelling will meet the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Specialist Disability Accommodation design standards and the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) design guidelines to achieve certification for NDIS robust and high physical support levels to LHA platinum standard.
