Tender Description
EOI for works pertaining to Civil Engineering infrastructure works for a 40 lot residential land subdivision in Byford, WA.
Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for a 40 lot subdivision indicating ability to complete civil infrastructure and service extensions including road works, drainage, retaining walls, extension of underground power for Western Power, NBNco communication infrastructure and sewer and water reticulation for the Water Corporation.
Capability to include examples of works of similar magnitude and competency working in clay sites.
Max 8 pages.
Tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works.
