Please note that this is a Tender Release Notice for Strategic Technical Advisory Services (STAS) to the North East Link, being part of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport) (The Purchaser).

Purpose of the Request

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network, connecting the M80 with an upgraded Eastern Freeway. It will be a safe and efficient freeway connection for 100,000 vehicles a day, linking key growth areas in the north and south-east.

The NELP project team consists of specialist engineering, legal, commercial and financial staff and advisors. Procurement of Early Works and the Primary PPP Package is underway, leading to the requirement for Strategic Technical Advisory Services (STAS).

NELP is seeking to invite providers to register for the provision of Strategic Technical Advisory Services (‘the Services’) on a 2-stage process; Stage 1 Expression of Interest (EOI) and Stage 2 Request for Tender (RFT) both will be released via the Vendor Panel portal.
