Tender Description
Qualified building contractors are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the construction of a two storey new General Learning Building and associated works at Grace Lutheran College Caboolture Campus. Experience working on school sites is mandatory.

A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those parties who have registered an expression of interest.
Tender period: Monday 08 February to Friday 08 March 2021
Commencement on site: May 2021
Practical completion: December 2021
