Tender Description
This job would require successful applicant to:
· Prepare and serve sit down dinner at the Tambo Hall, 10th April 2021 from approx. 6pm till late.
Kitchen facilities at the hall are available.
Entree, dinner and dessert will be required.
Anticipated crowd approx. 80 - 120 people.
· Set up and clean up kitchen area.
· Supply all food.
· Assist in setting cutlery and plates onto tables.
· Supply wait staff to serve tables.
· Apply/abide by COVID safe plans.
