Strategy, Planning and Funding Directorate (SP&F) of Lakes District Health Board (Lakes DHB) administers over 300 contracts, of typically more than one-year duration, with various organisations to provide a complete package of contracted delivery of health care services in their district.

SP&F wish to partner with an entity or persons who can provide skilled procurement resources, including specific contracts technical advice, the drafting of contracts, and the monitoring, reporting and auditing of contracts.

SP&F has an extensive Procurement Policy and Process Maps depicting the procurement process and contracts flow. The service we are wishing to in-source is essentially the procurement gatekeeper.

The service provider for Contracts will report to the System Delivery Manager who has responsibility for all aspects of the contracts procurement, monitoring and reporting phases.
