Tender Description
The project involves the construction of two purpose-built detached duplexes to assist in recovery for women and children having experienced a form of domestic and family violence in the Rockhampton region.
The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving and reporting on the following Project Milestones:
- · Review and implementation of project plan, budget and draw down schedule;
- · Building design completed and approvals obtained;
- · Preparation of detailed Scope of Works & Specifications for release for General Tender;
- · Builder contracted and work commenced;
- · Buildings completed, final approvals obtained, and contractors paid;
- · Buildings are operationally ready;
- · Regular reporting and final acquittal to funders.
All work performed under the Project will be carried out and completed efficiently, with due skill and care and to the best industry standards by qualified personnel.
