Wairarapa District Health Board (WrDHB) requires a range of Facilities Services. The scope of services included in this ROI (the Facilities Services) are:
- Food
- Cleaning
- Security & Orderlies
- Grounds Maintenance
- Pest Control & Hygiene
- Contract Management
Facilities Services are important building blocks to enable patient and staff safety, as well as maintaining the aesthetics of the hospital operation. Because of the healthcare setting, some services can be more complex, with added human competencies required as well as safety management systems. It is therefore important that WrDHB contracts for long-term supply relationships with trusted partners who have the capacity and capability to flex services to meet on-going changes to requirements.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is issued by WrDHB as the first part of a two stage open market tender process and focuses on the capacity and capability of suppliers along with their support for Broader Outcome. This open Registration of Interest (ROI) followed by a closed Request for Proposals (RFP) – with suppliers that are shortlisted from this Registration of Interest (ROI).
