Yaran Property Group is seeking Expressions of Interest from builders who have experience in large scale residential construction. The design consists of 2 and 3-storey blocks and will be built across multiple stages. Each block consists of 5 to 7 walk up apartments. There are currently future projects in the pipeline utilising the same design totalling to 600 apartments.
