Invitation for Expressions of Interest for Lead and Landscape Consultants for the development of the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort.
The Ningaloo Reef Resort is located at 1 Robinson St, Coral Bay. It was acquired and has been operated by RAC since September 2015. The proposed redevelopment of the resort is aimed at further expanding and delivering on RAC's commitment to provide a value for money, quality holiday experience in the most beautiful locations Western Australia has to offer. At an estimated total project cost of in excess of $40M, the resort will include;
- Club House, 1,000+ sqm
- Guest Accommodation, 90+ units
- On-site Staff Accommodation and Workshop
- Parking Bays and General Access Ways
- Significant Public and Private Amenity
