Tender Description
The WFU (Project) will require an Independent Auditor to fulfil set tasks as defined in the conditions of approval and undertaking independent audits of Project compliance and performance with the approved conditions of approval.
The Project is funded by the NSW Government and is being procured and delivered by TfNSW.
TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the Project.
To successfully participate in the tender process for the Project, organisations and their nominated Independent Auditor/s:
1.Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive the tender documents and must return to TfNSW via mdptenders@rms.nsw.gov.au by 11:00am (AEST) 10th Feb 2021.
2. Must provide evidences/substantiations to meet the minimum requirements listed below along with an executed confidentiality deed poll.
A. Must have experience in implementing Independent Audit Post Approval Requirements (DPIE, 2020) for linear infrastructure Projects in NSW
B. Must have certification as a lead or principal environmental auditor with a relevant industry body (i.e. JAS-ANZ Exemplar Global or an organisation accredited by JAS-ANZ or Exemplar Global) or other suitable qualifications.
C. Must have experience in relation to linear infrastructure that have been subject to environmental impact assessment, environmental management, compliance and auditing.
D. Must have capacity to provide two Independent Auditors (primary and alternate) for the duration of the project’s program; anticipated to conclude in 2026.
E. Provide a WFU Audit Program detailing an:
a. Audit Schedule
b. Audit Methodology
c. Detail the requirements and scope of the audit/s.
F. Provide examples of previous audit report/s for linear infrastructure projects.
TfNSW will accept receipt of tenders until 2:30pm on 3rd March 2021.
Without any obligation to do so, where the integrity of the tender process is not compromised, TfNSW may determine (in its absolute discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late tender submission.
