Otautahi Community Housing Trust invites proposals from experienced Security Operators to provide a responsive 24 hour, 7 day a week Security Service.
The successful service provider would have the capacity, capability, and expertise to meet our demand for reactive security services and enter into an agreement for the provision of the service with the Trust.
The Trust require security assistance with the ability to respond to incidents, as noted, but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Static Guard
- Mobile Security Patrol
- Document Service
- Temporary Camera installation and monitoring
