Beyond Blue is engaging the market to begin procurement for our future service delivery partner.

Beyond Blue seeks to support everyone in Australia achieve they best possible mental health, providing a trusted support service 24 hours, 7 days a week for the people in need. The contract with the current provider of the Beyond Blue Support Service will expire in February 2022. We are seeking to invite single organisations or a consortium who have the capabilities to transform our support service to meet current and emerging needs of the community and wider mental health sector.

Service Providers interested in this RFP should notify Beyond Blue of an intention to respond by Friday, 19 February 2021. Please direct all questions and clarifications relating to this RFP to procurement@beyondblue.org.au by Monday, 1 March 2021 and note that during the process, questions answered may be shared with registered Service Providers. The closing date and time for this RFP is 5pm (AEDT) Friday, 12 March 2021.
