Tender Description
Western Leisure Services Pty Ltd (The Principal) is seeking tenders (RFT) from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers (the Service Provider), to supply and implement industry-leading software and support to upgrade or replace the Principal's existing Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP), in accordance with the requirements of this Specification.
The objective is to provide the Principal with a flexible, cloud-based software platform, with the ability to integrate with a range of existing and future software platforms and to provide an enhanced customer experience with a modern internet-based web interface.
The Principal provides operations and management of three multimillion-dollar leisure facilities, delivering multi-purpose leisure and aquatic services throughout the City of Wyndham. The three facilities are:
- AquaPulse, 80-82 Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria, 3029
- Eagle Stadium, 35 Ballan Road, Werribee, Victoria, 3030
- Werribee Outdoor Pool, 220 Watton Street, Werribee, Victoria, 3030
The Principal's objectives are to:
a) Acquire a highly functional, flexible, end-to-end ERP solution that offers high capability, availability, and versatility to support multiple business requirements and efficient business processes
b) Partner with a Service Provider that can demonstrate a commitment to high levels of support, including ongoing access to updates and patches, and high levels of responsiveness and communication when issues arise
c) Leverage leading, future-proof technology that supports intuitive user and customer experiences
d) Enable more efficient and effective marketing and communication strategies with existing and prospective patrons
e) Rationalise and integrate and where reasonable reduce the software solutions currently utilised to achieve outcomes including automating business processes, data transfer, and workflows
f) Provide improved efficiencies in servicing patrons at service desks and online to reduce the impact on employee resources
g) Leverage online booking and payments, self-service, and CRM tools, that seamlessly integrate with the Principal's website. (wynactive.com.au).
