The North East Link Project (NELP) is a project office of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) which has been established to complete the North East Link (Project), the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network, connecting the M80 with an upgraded Eastern Freeway. It will be a safe and efficient freeway connection for up to 135,000 vehicles a day, linking key growth areas in the north and south-east.

NELP is seeking to engage a Service Provider to provide Constructability Advisory Services (CAS) in support of the development and delivery of the Project.

The successful Tenderer (Consultant) will be engaged by NELP to provide CAS utilising personnel with extensive construction knowledge and experience in planning, design, procurement, construction and field operations on projects similar in scope to the Project to ensure that constructability issues are given adequate focus and are resolved during the various Project phases and that achieve NELP’s objectives.
