Waste Management NZ Limited 'WM' is New Zealand's leading waste and environmental services provider, driven by safety, sustainability and service, and underpinned by innovation.
Capabilities include recycling and resource recovery, solid waste management, liquid and hazardous waste collection, treatment and disposal, and the design and operation of many state-of-the-art waste management and recycling facilities nationwide, including producing tyre derived fuel from end-of life tyres and the generation of electricity from landfill gas.
WM is calling for Registration of Interest 'ROI' for a Facilities Management 'FM' solutions provider. We are wanting a provider to be the first point of contact for all FM Management, including but not limited to plumber, electrician, BWoF, security, HVAC, emergency repairs, and any after-hours call outs.

- Include full contact details of your lead tenderer or General Manager who will be the point of contact for this request and include your company web link.
- Note: Joint Ventures will be accepted for review, as long as WM's national footprint is catered to and one party takes the role as primary tenderer for submission. Schedule of Prices will not be accepted at this stage.
WM will forward you a
- Mutually bound Confidentiality Agreement' to sign
- Locations of WM sites and their uses / staff numbers.
- Supplier Code of Conduct for your records
Once the Mutually bound Confidentiality Agreement is signed, and pdf returned, WM will confirm your registration with the information required to be contained in your Detailed ROI.
