Tender Description

IBC is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to provide the following services:

Provide all required signage in accordance with the requirements below;
Manage the entire Venue branding/dressing programme and/or out-of-Venue signage programme including design of original artwork, installation, production, maintenance, cleaning, removal and alterations to optimum sizes, specification and quality to ensure delivery of a world class standard appropriate to the Tournament(s);
Ensure that such branding follows event brand guidelines, is tailored to the physical requirements of each Venue, both at ground and upper levels, including out-of-venue requirements or anywhere else as directed;
Abide by existing national or local health and safety legislation;
Ensure sufficient levels of public and product liability insurance are in place to a minimum level of US$10m in respect of each occurrence;
Ensure that any insurance required by applicable law in relation to the Services is in place;
Undertake a thorough survey of each Venue and/or City which will lead to the production of detailed match-by-match and/or city-by-city branding and signage plans, both functional and directional (the Successful Applicant must be capable of performing initial Venue and/or City inspection and audits on a date advised by IBC);
Procure and supply IBC/sponsor-branded items which include, but are not limited to, backdrops, branding of replay screens, scoreboards, stumps, official Tournament vehicles, flags, windows and tier branding, hotel and other out-of-venue branding ensuring that suppliers provide best value-for-money and exhibit consistent standards of world class delivery;
Manage and take responsibility for all storage, transport, import and export of signage material throughout the contract period;
Supplier to attend all inspections as required by the IBC;
1Provide a dedicated resource to IBC to project manage and oversee planning, design, delivery and communications – where required this person must be available to visit the ICC Head Offices in Dubai to finalise the design and logistics of the signage programme.
