Head Contractor (MW-2-2021)
The services include construction services only with respect to the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works on Level 9 and 10, 260 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW incorporating approximately 2,680 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working (NWOW) Program.
Works will be delivered in a single package and construction is expected to occur concurrently across the two floors.
