Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the new build of an amenities block, which will cater to the needs of the public. The new amenities block will consist of two accessible toilets, with an outdoor shower. The single storey toilet block with concrete slabs will include solar panels and rain water tanks. A mandatory pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at Percival Park, 13 Collins Ave Rose Bay on 17 March 2021 at 10:30am.

All interested tenderers will be required to register their business details and contact information including email details when seeking to download the Tender document and any other documents.
