Hawkesbury District Agricultural Association is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced builders, organisations or individuals to design and construct a Multi-Purpose Industrial, Livestock, Exhibition Pavilion on Hawkesbury Showground, 40 Racecourse Road, Claredon, NSW.
The work primarily involves the design and construction of a 90 x 30 metre steel framed and clad building which will contain an open exhibition area with associated amenities including toilets, showers and kitchen facilities, ground floor storage room and 2 enclosed meetings rooms on a mezzanine level.
Successful tenderer must be able to easily demonstrate and showcase works of a similar size and nature and be able to co-ordinate their trades and subcontractors to meet agreed deadlines.
