Respondents are invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Flinders University in relation to the Fume Cupboards and Safety Shower renewals requirement.

Participation in this RFP process indicates your organisations acceptance to be bound by the guidelines set out in this communication and RFP.

Please note, there will be formal site visit organised by the University at 3pm, Wed 17 March 2021. Respondents are required to confirm attendance no later than COB: Monday 15 March 2021 to anu.paivinen@flinders.edu.au. Refer to PART B, section 1.6 of the RFP.

You should not contact any other University personnel regarding the RFP during the procurement process.

The University reserves the right to disqualify and reject submissions from Respondents who do not comply with these guidelines.
As part of this RFP process the University makes no obligations to:
(i) pay any respondent for a RFP response;
(ii) award the contract with the lowest or any respondent;
(iii) accept any RFP information received from respondents;
(iv) include respondents in any future procurement processes; or
(v) any other commitment whatsoever.
