Tender Description
This upgrade and modernisation project will seek to upgrade the existing gymnasium building, including amenities areas.
Project will further undertake demolition of vacant buildings, including asbestos removal where required, and reinstatement of flat landscape.
The design will be partially documented, along with a performance requirement. Contractors will be required to complete the documentation and undertake all refurbishment, demolition and re-instatement works.
