Tender Description
Tenders are invited from Building and Demolition Contractors for one of both of the following at the Richmond Golf Club, Richmond, Queensland:
Tender 1: Demolish the existing single storey clubhouse
Tender 2: Design and Construct a new single storey clubhouse (approximately 15m x 15m). Construction onsite or prefabrication off site (for transport and erection on site) are acceptable.
