RSL LifeCare is developing the Veteran's Wellbeing Centre for the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).
Please find the following as an invite to express your interest in the construction of the Centre, located within Dumaresq Village, Wallace Street Nowra.

RSL LifeCare have lodged a Development Application with Shoalhaven City Council to construct a 435m2 wellbeing facility, located adjacent to the Jonathan Rogers retirement village and ongoing development of Dumaresq Village Independent Living Unit's.

Construction is anticipated for a June 2021 commencement. The project will be delivered under a modified AS4902 contract. The requirements of the 2016 Building Code will apply to the construction of the project.
