This ITO will seek to appoint Suppliers to a PSP for Groceries, Dairy and Beverages in the following Categories and Sub-Categories.

Grocery Products:

Dry Goods

Biscuits; baking mixes and supplies; flour and milled products; soups; stocks; powders; packaged desserts; savoury snacks; confectionary; nuts; grains; legumes; jelly; spreads; jams; preserves; sugar; sweetener; dry pasta; rice; noodles; cereals; oats; porridge; pulses; seasoning; dried herbs; spices; sauces; dressing; canned goods; vinegar; condiments; dried fruit; dried vegetables; fruit cups pureed fruit; tofu and hummus

Frozen Goods

Meat; poultry; fish and seafood; vegetables; fruit; pies; pastries; cakes; generic prepared frozen meals; muffins; desserts, ice cream (and diary free ice cream with protein min of 3 g per 100g) and convenience foods

Miscellaneous

Packaged (chilled or dry) smallgoods such as sliced meats, fats and oils; butter; margarine (Portion Control (PC) containers, lactose and gluten free, and no added salt margarine), eggs and egg products.

Dairy Products:

Plain milk; flavoured milk; soy-milk; long life milk; powdered milk; evaporated milk; condensed milk; yoghurt (including larger format containers); custard (full fat and low fat); cream; sour cream; buttermilk; cheese – sliced, grated, cream, block.

• Whole milk – in PC through to large packs
• Low fat (2%fat) milk (as above)
• Skim Milk - as above
• Lactose free milk (Zimil or similar) – any configuration
• Cheese – minimum of below
• Full fat cheese – bulk
• Full fat cheese – slices

The following Categories of ‘Groceries, Dairy and Beverages’ are specifically excluded from this ITO:

• Prepared meals for Therapeutic Diet Requirements of Texture Modified Diets
