General Scope of Supply:

The scope of work under this procurement package is for the supply of logistic services and storage facility to store OCTG and all other tangibles (e.g. wellheads, drill bits, completion equipment and accessories) for the duration of the Company’s drilling program.

Company’s current firm operations duration is approximately 9-12 months. Storage will be at a suitable location within the Perth metro area.
The successful contractor will also provide delivery of stored equipment to the Company’s wellsite near Dongara upon request by the Company.

Optionally, the successful contractor may also be required to support rig move operations between the well locations in the Dongara region.

Subject to final delivery schedule of the OCTG and tangibles, the Contractor will be required to provide part of the above services as soon as June 2021 (for 5- 1/2” casing and possibly 4-1/2” tubing) with the 20” conductors expected in Q3 2021. The rest of the equipment will be received by Q4 2021.

The successful Respondent’s storage facility may also be used as the point of delivery for all other third party equipment being consolidated and sent to the wellsite during the drilling program.

The scope of supply shall also include the ongoing storage of Company’s surplus equipment/ inventory for up to a year after the completion of the drilling program.

Indicative specification and quantities for the OCTG to be stored is provided in Attachment 1.

General requirements for logistics service are provided in Attachment 2.

Storage should be undercover warehouse type storage as a primary option with open space storage considered to supplement the primary option.

Service providers should ideally be familiar with handling Oil and Gas equipment
