Expressions of Interest are invited from building contractors for the concurrent construction of two adjacent projects (single contract), including associated site works, at Bundaberg Christian College.
Project 1 - Construction of a new single storey classroom cpmplex, consisting of four GLA's and Flexible Learning Area (STEAM), undercover space, and connecting links totalling 770sqm.
Project 2 - Construction of a new single storey classroom complex, as an extension to existing GLA facilities, consisting of two GLA's and flexible learning Area (Performance), undercover space, Amenities and connecting links. Project also includes internal renovations and facade upgrade to existing single storey administration building totalling 1185sqm.
Construction is scheduled to commence in JUne 2021.
Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees. Submissions are to be emailed in the first instance to the below address and received by tuesday 6th April 2021.
