Tender Description

STL invites proposals from suitably qualified organisations able to provide the following scope of services ;

  1. Act as instructed agent to sell or lease a residential property
  2. Act as agent for ongoing leases
  3. Act as an instructed agent for selling and leasing commercial properties
  4. Ad hoc tasks, vacant property management

Tenderers may be either;

 

  1. The primary and sole entity delivering the full range of services, or
  2. A partnership between a Real Estate agent with another party or parties proposing a combined solution
