Tenders closing 2pm Friday the 23th of April 2021 with the undersigned are hereby invited for construction of the duplex units for the Pinaroo Independent Living Units Project.

The Project consists of the provision of five duplex accommodation units including three new building on a site located east of Whip Street between the main Pinaroo Retirement Village complex and the Railway Dam. The new duplexes are single story, slab on ground with an approximate floor area of 294m2 each.

The Construction of New Independent Living Units contract includes construction of three (3) brick veneer duplex units (one additional unit to be constructed at a future date); supply and installation of all services, fixtures and fitting associated with the works; water supply plumbing, stormwater and sanitary drainage works; and electrical and mechanical works associated with the construction of the new duplexes.

The new duplexes are single story, slab on ground with an approximate floor area of 294m2 each.

Tenders will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Pinaroo Roma Inc. reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.

It is expected the that the contract will be awarded in the first week of May. Contract period will be ten (10) weeks unless otherwise agreed at tender stage. Offers shall state proposed contract period if different to the above.
