Tender Description
Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to undertake the asphalt sealing and line marking of Level 1 of the Port Arthur visitor carpark
The successful contractor will:
- Supply traffic control
- Construct mill chases at each end of the section for flush finish with new surface
- Complete tack coat surface with emulsion
- Supply and lay asphalt correction ( as needed)
- Supply, lay and compact 35mm thickness asphalt overlay (total 1509m2)
- Reinstate all line marking to formalise car park layout
- Reinstate bollards in current configuration
The anticipated contract commencement date is late April 2021.
