Tender Description
Midson, as the schools Project Manager, invites fully qualified and experienced organisation to submit an EOI for the proposed construction of a Learning Hub at St Pius X College Chatswood. The works include:
- demolition of existing single storey houses,
- site clearance
- excavation of new basement,
- construction of new Learning Hub building
- perimeter landscape work
