Tender Description

Midson, as the schools Project Manager, invites fully qualified and experienced organisation to submit an EOI for the proposed construction of a Learning Hub at St Pius X College Chatswood. The works include:

  • demolition of existing single storey houses,
  • site clearance
  • excavation of new basement,
  • construction of new Learning Hub building
  • perimeter landscape work
